I've worked with Scott during my time as a sabbatical officer and also attended a train the trainer course which he delivered at TempleFarmer Ltd. What I always enjoyed about working with Scott was his flexibility in adapting to the needs of the pople around him, picking up on subtle things realising that they had to be addressed and being able to defuse tension with his calming nature. His train the trainer course was very engaging and provided a lot of opportunity to learn hands-on by going straight into 'doing'.

Whilst I was Union Chair at the University of Surrey, Scott provided superb training, support and personal development for myself and the rest of the Execs.
In particular we wanted to reinvigorate the failing system of representation and democratic engagement that was Student Council...Scott helped the team and I to develop and implement strategies that led to one of the most engaged and active forums in recent years at the time - with increased candidate numbers and voter turnout at elections, through to increased numbers and heightened engagement in discussions at student council meetings, and lobbying and protesting during the University Top Up Fees debates.
